GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. General Information

The client expressly waives their own general terms and conditions, even if these have been established after the present general terms and conditions of sale of Aletcos.Fina SRL. Any derogation from these general terms and conditions shall only be valid if it has been expressly agreed in advance and in writing between the parties.

2. Payment terms and Debt/Credit policy

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing on the invoice or order, our invoices are to be paid within 30 days after delivery.

NB: our Debt/Credit policy
- Maximum credit of €650 per customer, per order. Invoices to be paid within 30 days after delivery.
- For orders over €650: a deposit of 50% to be paid to confirm the order, and the balance to be paid within 30 days after delivery.

3. Low price guaranteed = Supplier price

Our low price guarantee means that you always pay the supplier price. If you find a lower rate elsewhere, and there is a significant price difference, we are committed to refunding you the difference.

4. Delivery in Belgium, as well as in Europe

Free delivery throughout Belgium. We also offer a delivery service in Europe, with an additional charge of €109.

*Free delivery throughout Belgium is guaranteed for all orders over €500. For orders under €500, depending on the location of your delivery address, we may deliver for free or with an additional charge (one-time fee) of €37. Regardless of the quantity of your order, we guarantee a delivery service to the address of your choice. It is our pleasure to serve our customers!

5. Late payment

In the event of non-payment by the due date, Aletcos.Fina SRL reserves the right to suspend any service provision without notice. If a payment remains unpaid for more than thirty (30) days after the due date, Aletcos.Fina SRL reserves the right to engage a collection agency; all legal and collection fees will be the responsibility of the client.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

Once the order is confirmed by the customer, it can be cancelled up until the production is launched. After this period, the order can no longer be cancelled and will be automatically charged and invoiced  to the customer as soon as Aletcos has committed funds for the production or delivery of the relevant products.

7. Provision of services

Aletcos.Fina SRL is committed to making every effort to provide effective services within the agreed deadlines. However, none of its obligations shall be considered as an obligation of result. Under no circumstances shall Aletcos.Fina SRL be held liable for intervening as a third party in any claim for damages brought against the client by a final consumer.

8. Complaints

Any complaint regarding the delivery of goods or the provision of services must, to be admissible, be notified to Aletcos.Fina SRL in writing sent by email or by letter within eight (8) days following the delivery or the provision of the relevant service.

9. Applicable law

All our contractual relationships are exclusively governed by the applicable law, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing on the invoice or order.

10. Acceptance of the terms

Placing an order implies the customer's full and unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
